How batches work
Every Thermal Dock is printed to order by our partner workshop. To keep shipping fast and affordable, we collect orders all week and place them as one batch every Sunday at 23:59 Sydney time.
Your dock is delivered 10-20 business days after the batch closes. We email you when your batch ships, with a tracking number you can follow to your door.
Where we ship
Shipping is free and tracked to: Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, Portugal. We do not ship to the United Kingdom yet.
Import taxes and duties
Australia and New Zealand: no import GST or duty is charged to you on our orders. The checkout price is the full price.
United States, Canada, Singapore and the EU: docks ship from our workshop in China, and your carrier may collect local import duty, VAT or a handling fee on delivery. These charges are set by your government, not by us.
Fit guarantee
Tell us which charger you own at checkout. If the dock does not fit that charger, return it unused within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full price.
Not sure? Send us a photo of your charger before you order and we will confirm the right dock.
Returns and refunds
If a dock arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, without asking you to ship it back. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and your local consumer law are not affected.
Change of mind: contact us within 30 days of delivery. The dock must be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is paid by you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
Payment
Pay by card through our secure checkout. If a batch is delayed for any reason, you can cancel for a full refund before it ships.
