Before you buy
Is the charger included?
No. Every Thermal Dock is built to house a charger you already own: the CUKTECH No.10 Ultra, Anker 140W or UGREEN 160W/100W. The complete kits include retractable cables, not the charger itself.
What if it doesn't fit my charger?
Tell us which charger you have at checkout. If the dock does not fit that charger, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full price.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship free with tracking to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Singapore and most of the EU. Orders are batched every Sunday night (Sydney time) and arrive 10-20 business days after the batch closes.
Will I pay import tax or duty?
Australia and New Zealand: no, the price you see is what you pay. United States, Canada and the EU: your carrier may collect local import duty or VAT on delivery. We show this before you pay so there are no surprises.
Which kit should I choose?
If you already own retractable cables, Shell + fan is enough. If you charge a laptop at full speed, the 240W kit is the one to get: same dock, cables rated for up to 240W.
