About these terms
These terms apply to your use of thermaldock.com and to orders you place with Thermal Dock, which is operated by Chikondi Nkhalamba. By ordering you agree to them. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or your local consumer law.
Our products
Thermal Dock products are independent accessories. They are not made, endorsed or sold by CUKTECH, Anker, UGREEN or Hagibis. Those names are used only to describe which chargers a dock is designed to fit. The charger is not included.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include the free tracked shipping described on our delivery page. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price is shown in error.
Batches and delivery
Docks are printed to order and ordered in weekly batches. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. See our delivery page for the batch schedule, countries we ship to and import duties.
Returns, refunds and the fit guarantee
Our fit guarantee, change-of-mind returns and faulty-goods policy are set out on the delivery page and form part of these terms. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Using the product safely
Use the dock only with the charger models it is designed for, follow the instructions in the product listing, and do not use a damaged dock, fan or cable. Do not cover or block the charger's vents.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where a consumer guarantee cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our choice, to replacing or repairing the goods or refunding you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
